What will you be remembered for?

Your legacy matters. By joining the Mother’s Choice Legacy Giving Program, you join a select group who have made a commitment to changing the life stories of Hong Kong’s most vulnerable residents. You care deeply about Hong Kong and the people who call it home, and by including Mother’s Choice in your estate plan, you will have an impact for decades to come by helping the work of Mother’s Choice to live on.

There are three key types of legacy giving:

• A gift of a specific sum of money (pecuniary legacy)
• A gift of a particular item of property (specific legacy)
• A gift of a share of your estate after payment of other legacies, debts and expenses (a residuary gift)

Joining our Legacy Giving Program does not require a gift now but rather, it is a pledge for the future. You can choose to disclose the amount of your gift or not. Additionally, you may alter your bequest at any time. Drafting a will is a complex task requiring legal judgment and experience. We recommend that you consult with a lawyer to discuss this important step in the planning of your estate.
